Stronghold Global Finance (UK) Limited is a recently established emerging markets focused boutique investment bank and direct lending institution with a mandate to provide financial services with a focus on real assets in the equity capital markets, debt capital markets and advisory space. The company’s client base is predominantly mid market companies, sovereigns and sub-sovereign institutions. The company’s mandate is to serve businesses active in the following sectors:
Infrastructure, Real estate, Natural resources, and Heavy industries.
The company is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Associate at its London offices with the required
skill sets and to carry out the responsibilities below:

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ DCM experience;
• Minimum 10 years financial services experience;
• FCA qualified authorisation credentials;
• Attained related regulatory criteria for carrying out capital markets activities;
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills with a proven track records;
• 5–year+ experience within debt advisory, leveraged finance, debt capital markets or financial restructuring;
• Proficiency with a wide array of debt product is essentials: TLB, Unitranche, `High Yield, bank loans, convertibles, Private Placements, mezzanine, securitisation, infrastructure finance etc.;
• Impeccable Excel Financial Modelling skills ;
• Outstanding team spirit;
• Highly organized and efficient, with ability to multi-task and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Proven successful record on deal originating and execution
• Independently leading a junior team of analysts and associates, the Vice President is responsible for the execution of the due diligence process, the structuring of potential debt financing and offtake agreements, valuations and coordination of advisors including inter alia technical, legal, financial, tax and M&A
• Negotiation of key transaction and governance documentation with partners and sellers in cooperation with the team leads
• Preparation of investment memoranda including key risks and mitigants; presenting these to the Investment Committee and Credit Committee Responsibilities
• Prepare tenders and assist in origination works;
• Perform due diligence and credit analysis;
• Execute public offering and private placement issuances;
• Responsible for giving advice on bond, debenture and note structuring and pricing issues;
• Overseeing the control of seeking potential customer and market driven capital market opportunities;
• Relationship management with clients and transaction related vendors,
