Stronghold Global Finance (UK) welcomes a veteran private banker, Mr Tobias Wagner to its fold as a member of its board of directors. He will serve as a non-executive director and will help the company as it carries out its regulated activities, corporate governance and direct lending strategies.

Mr Wagner is a veteran private banker, a former CEO and member of the executive board of Societe General Private Banking Zurich. He is a seasoned banker with extensive experience in private wealth and financial services. He as once a young managing director of a bank and has worked for a period of about 10 years as a career banker in Credit Suisse Group AG, one of
Europes largest banks in total assets.
